Community Rules
1. Do not use the Service or the Site in any unlawful manner or in any other manner that could damage or disable the Site or other members.
2. Do not upload, post, or otherwise make available content that violates any local, state, national or international law.
3. Do not upload, post, or otherwise make available any content that we
deem to be harmful, threatening, unlawful, defamatory, inflammatory,
harassing, obscene, fraudulent, invasive of privacy or publicity
rights, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
4. Do not upload photographs or videos depicting sexual violence and/or nudity.
5. Do not upload photographs or videos of minors under the age of 18.
6. Do not upload photographs or videos of others without obtaining
prior written consent from the people featured in photos and videos you
upload on the Site.
7. Do not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in
any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary
information belonging to others without obtaining the prior written
consent of the owner of such proprietary rights.
8. Do not impersonate any person or entity, or
falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself, your age or your
affiliation with any person or entity.
9. Do not share your personal information with
someone unless you are absolutely certain the information is safe to
share with that person.
10. Do not share personal information about anyone else.
11. Do no post advertisements or other solicitations such as "junk mail" or "chain letters, unless your membership prividledges allow you to do so."
12. Group owners are responsible for making their own additional
guidelines for their respective group(s) and enforcing them as desired.
Group owners are able to remove posts, comments and members from their
groups. If a group owner needs help with an issue that he/she can't
deal with alone, he/she should contact us for assistance.
Member Responsibilities
You will not be able to edit any content you post, unless your membership type allows you to do so.
If you are a group participant, know the privacy settings of the groups. These are set by the group owners.
If you are a group owner, you have the authority to remove comments
made to your group posts, photos and videos. Please delete comments at
your own discretion, but within the wrelms of these rules.
Help us by reporting any problems you see on the site including user behavior and content that breaks these rules.
Our Responsibilities
We will not look at every post, photo, video or comment made on the
Site, nor do we guarantee the integrity of every member on the Site.
However, action will be taken within 24 hours if a violation of our
guidelines or the Terms of Use is brought to our attention.
We will do our best to review all reports of
violations of guidelines or the Terms of Use. We may not feel that
action is necessary, but we will take any action that we feel is
appropriate.
We reserve the right to remove postings, warn
members, suspend accounts and/or cancel accounts to enforce these
guidelines or the Terms of Use or however we deem necessary to maintain the integrity of the Site or our business. All decisions are final.
We are not responsible for events that occur off the Site, even if organized here.
These guidelines are a work in progress. We may revise these guidelines at any time and without prior notice.
